We reserve the right to reject or cancel customization requests that violate these terms, with an appropriate refund for any unfulfilled order.

Customers are responsible for reviewing submitted names, photographs, spelling, and personalization details before checkout.

4. Orders and Payment

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or refuse an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, unavailable products, production limitations, or violations of these terms.

If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items.

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout.
